1. Delivery

Every effort is made to ship same day on orders placed before 12pm. Any products purchased from GSMintercomKITS.com will be delivered next day by Courier. Some items on GSMintercomKITS.com contain components from other suppliers and at times, we are required to order in items to complete a KIT as ordered. In these cases, delivery may take up to 4 working days.  Every effort will be made to ensure the Customer is informed at all times, usually by email as to the status of the order. Supply & Installation services purchased will be arranged by phone  the same day of the purchase at a time agreeable between the Customer and the Installer. GSMintercomKITS.com use authorised Installers around the country and will facilitate the arrangements on behalf of the Customer.

2. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive your goods.

Notification of cancellation must be made to GSMintercomKITS.com in writing. Such written notice may be faxed, hand delivered or sent to: 57 Hampstead House, 176 Finchley Rd, London, NW36BT

The goods must then be returned to the above address at your own cost in 'as new' condition in the original packaging within 10 days of cancellation. In order that no damage occurs in transit it is recommended that the goods be sent by recorded delivery on a next day service.

On notice of cancellation of your order being given under these cooling off provisions, GSMintercomKITS.com will refund the price of the goods and the original cost of delivery of the goods to you within 14 days from the receipt of the received returned goods.

3. Governing Law and Juristiction

These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. By using this website, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes, and waive any and all objections to jurisdiction or venue therein.

4. Miscellaneous

If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms and conditions to be void or unenforceable for any reason, then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the court's finding without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
