Money Back Guarantee


We offer a money back guarantee for any item purchased on GSMintercomKITS.com.

In the unlikely event that your purchase fails to do as advertised, simply return it to us within 14 days from the purchase date in the original packaging and in an as new condition (resalable)& we will refund the cost of the product. If we find the product to be in perfect working condition, we will charge a re-stocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.

If the product is not received by GSMintercomKITS.com in an 'as new condition' as originally received by the Purchaser, the refund will be at our discretion and may be a percentage of the total purchase price depending on the product condition. To avoid this situation, please be sure to return the product as new.


Warranty Claims

In addition to your statutory rights, if for any reason you would like to apply for a refund, please follow our refund policy and procedure set out below.

We will be happy to refund or exchange goods provided they are not functioning in the way as sold. If the goods are faulty, we will make every effort at our cost to repair, replace or relocate the equipment to rectify the problem.

Our standard warranty period is  18 months (unless otherwise specified) from the date of purchase or installation completion and as such no charges for any repairs will be charged to the customer during this period. Shipping costs will be at our expense.

All GSMintercomKITS.com products are tested before shipping. Our warranty period and conditions relate to products supplied and installed by an approved Agent on behalf of GSMintercomKITS.com. Products purchased from us and installed by a non-approved Installation Agent or other third party may not be covered by our standard warranty. Please contact us before using such non-authorised Installers and we will make every effort to provide the necessary support and advise to ensure the system is installed correctly as per our Warranty conditions. Faulty product claims when a non-authorised Installer has been used will be assessed at our discretion. Shipping for such claims at the Customer's expense.

We will not refund or repair any product which has been interfered with, modified, adjusted, moved, rewired or otherwise by any other company other than GSMintercomKITS.com (ControlFreQ ltd) or without our specific permission.

If you wish to apply for a refund, please follow these steps:

* Call us on 0870 919 5315 to first discuss and attempt to resolve the issue.

* If a claim is to be made, notify us in writing to address below with your reason & request.

* Please ensure you include a copy of your original receipt as proof of purchase when applying for a refund. No proof of purchase will delay the process.

* We will contact you within 24 hours from receipt of your letter.
